That was the moment I thought, “Yep, this is it. This is the thing I want to use in my everyday life.”

My name is Maarij, and I’m the owner and founder of Envoi, a last-mile logistics business based in Canada.

When I first saw SarahAI in action, what immediately sold me was seeing it used live on a phone. Abrar started talking to it in Urdu.

That was the first time I had ever seen someone converse with their phone in Urdu, the same way we’re used to doing in English with other AI tools.

As a Pakistani Canadian, Urdu is much more familiar and accessible to me than English. Not having to translate everything in my head was a huge moment for me.

That’s when I knew this was something I wanted to use in my everyday life.

Another thing that really stood out was having all the relevant information about my day in one place what’s coming up, what’s already happened without switching between apps.

Everything is summarized for me. That made it an obvious choice.

It’s about surfacing the right information at the right time. If there’s a client I need to prioritize, I can mark them as an important contact.

Now, whenever I receive an email, call, or message from them, Sarah tells me I have a priority notification.

At the start of my day, I get a summary of what to expect. As part of my morning routine, it helps me mentally prepare for what’s coming whether it’s a 9 a.m. or a 10 a.m. meeting.

As an SME owner, I can clearly see SarahAI evolving into an end-to-end personal assistant whether you call it an executive assistant or even a chief of staff.
